How to resume

Access your saved application by clicking the Resume application button under the New to NAB section on this page.

Login and authenticate

Resuming an application is made safe through two-factor authentication.

The mobile number you provided in your application will be temporarily used to login until you’re provided with a NAB ID. You’ll need to authenticate using the six-digit code we send to your mobile number.

Once you’ve logged in, you’ll be able to review the details of the product you’ve applied for, track your progress and make any updates before finishing your application.

What to expect

Once you start your application, you’ll receive an SMS with instructions on how to save and resume your application. You can do this as often as you'd like within 30 days.

Only one in-progress application can be saved as a new customer.

You may need to provide certain application details again as we’ll need to confirm we have the latest information.

If you haven’t submitted the application within 30 days, your application will expire.

When you resume your application, we’ll show you an overview of your progress. You’ll be able to see what sections you’ve completed, what’s left to complete and if any section needs to be revisited.

If you haven’t submitted the application within 30 days, your application will expire.

Need to cancel your application?

We understand that your circumstances may change and you may need to cancel your application. You can cancel your application by:

  • clicking on the cancel link provided in your email; or
  • clicking the ‘Cancel application’ button below – just log in and authenticate your identity and click ‘Cancel’ on the application you wish to cancel.

Your application will no longer be available and we’ll stop sending you reminders to complete it. If you don’t complete or cancel your application within 30 days, it will expire and will no longer be available. If your saved application is cancelled or expired and you’d still like to apply for the product, you’ll need to start a new application.
