Payer registration | NAB Portal Pay - NAB
How to register
To register, payers will need a current email address, mobile number and the Payer Reference Number (PRN) that you provide them. The same PRN can be registered to a maximum of four payer profiles.
Benefits for payers
Once registered for the portal, payers will be able to:
- Choose how to pay their rent through the available payment options.
- Make a one-off, scheduled or recurring payment.
- View payment history.
- Receive automated email reminders of upcoming scheduled and dishonoured payments.
- Access to the portal and schedule payments at a time that suits them.
- Access the NAB Portal Pay Support Hub.
What do I need to provide to a payer to register for the Payment Portal?
You will need to provide your payer with their Payer Reference Number (PRN) and the Payer Fact Sheet on how to register for the portal.
If you offer your payers to pay through a bank account (Direct Debit), you need to ensure you supply each of them with a copy of the Direct Debit Service Agreement (DDR-SA). This document is available in the NAB Portal Pay welcome email or can be requested from NAB Portal Pay Support. If a copy of this document is not provided to your tenants, you may be liable for any losses from disputes or claims.
