How to resume

Access your saved application by clicking the Resume application button under the New to NAB section on this page.

Login and authenticate

Resuming an application is made safe through two-factor, authenticated SMS Security.

The mobile number you provided in your application will be temporarily used to login until you’re provided with a NAB ID. You’ll need to authenticate using the six-digit code we send to your mobile number.

Once you’ve logged in, you’ll be able to review the details of the product you’ve applied for, track your progress and make any updates before finishing your application.

When you save and exit an application, your data and privacy is protected by your NAB ID and NAB Defence security.

What to expect

Once you start your application, you’ll receive an SMS and email with instructions on how to save and resume your application. You can do this as often as you'd like within 30 days.

Only one in-progress application can be saved as a new customer.

You may need to provide certain application details again as we’ll need to confirm we have the latest information.

If you haven’t submitted the application within 30 days, your application will expire.
