Express Business Deposits (EBD), Coin Deposit Machine (CDM), Express Cheque Deposits (ECD)

Charged for each deposit processed via Express Business Deposit (EBD) , Coin Deposit Machine (CDM) and Express Cheque (ECD) services or cheques written on an account, plus $3 for each cheque lodged for deposit via EBD/ECD.

Banker assisted transactions

Charged for each deposit or withdrawal processed by a banker over the counter at a NAB branch or at an Australia Post Office, plus $3 for each cheque lodged for deposit.

Eligibility to apply online

  • You're 18 years or older.

  • You're a sole trader, a partner in a partnership, a director of an Australian private company, or a trustee of a trust.
    Please note, only directors of an Australian private company can apply.
    If you’re a private company or a trust, you’ll be asked to confirm the details of all directors, beneficial owners and trustees.

  • You're living in Australia and an Australian resident for tax purposes.

  • Your ABN or ACN is active (unless you’re a sole trader, joint venture or trust with no ABN).

  • Your ABN or ACN (unless you’re a sole trader, joint venture or trust with no ABN)

  • Two acceptable forms of ID (if you’re new to NAB)

By applying, you agree:

  • You have read our Privacy Notification, Fees & Charges, Indicator Rates and Terms and Conditions
  • To request a NAB Business Visa Debit card to be issued with my account except where I have chosen to remove this option
  • To receive information as part of this application by SMS or email
  • NAB will provide your statements and notices relating to the account electronically

  • We may make information like statements, documents and notices that are about your account available on our systems electronically (so you might not get a paper copy). When we do this, we’ll tell you promptly that the information is available by SMS, email or secure mail.
  • You’ll need to regularly check for electronic communications from us.
  • You can cancel this agreement to get information electronically from us by contacting us on 13 10 12.
  • You can change your email address or contact phone number at any time by contacting us.
